Introducing the MicroFrance™ Selesnick Lateral Skull Base Set. 
The skull base is anatomically complex and poorly accessible, so instrumentation that has been crafted to meet the specific challenges encountered in this region is essential. 

The MicroFrance™ Selesnick Lateral Skull Base Set has been designed to give the surgeon the ability to safely and effectively dissect in this deep surgical field. 

The set is composed of 24 different instruments, including hooks, round dissectors, spatula dissectors, elevators, micro-curettes, whirleybird picks, cup forceps, and an Angot-Vanecloo Retractor with malleable blade for brain retraction as well as the MicroFrance™ Bipolar Neuro-otology coagulating forceps, all of which have been designed
for lateral skull base surgery. The instruments have slim profiles for superior access, and offer a range of working tips for exceptional control and precision in previously difficult to reach areas.
