Thank you for your inquiry regarding latex of natural
origin in our products. The products listed below
contain natural latex as a component and are the only
current products offered by Medtronic Xomed, which
contain natural latex:
The External Ear Protectors (14-15000 and 14-15005) contain a Telfa pad within packaging that contains natural latex. This latex could be transferred to the fingers of a person opening the glassine envelope or it could potentially contaminate the Telfa pad itself.
